Do you want to learn the secret to not missing 5 star reviews? It's no secret actually. All you got to do is forget about all these reviews and focus more on doing the right things. There should be a balance between making the customers feel like a king and not losing money at the same time. If you focus more on pleasing critics, people can usually tell if you're only doing this for the review. Clients are drawn to sincerity. They can really tell if you're intentions are pure.
